2016 Entry Fee Information

College

  • $250 per men’s team – unlimited entries
  • $250 per women’s team – unlimited entries
  • $25 per individual – open or unattached

Important:

  1. College Entry Fees Must Be Received By Friday, September 9th.
  2. Please make checks payable to the HS EVENT MANAGEMENT.

Youth

  • $100 per boys team (8 or more) – unlimited entries
  • $100 per girls team (8 or more) – unlimited entries
  • $15 per individual

Important:

  1. All runners must be running unattached or for a club.  No athletes running for their respective high schools are permitted to participated in this race.
  2. Entries Fees must be received by Friday, September 9th.
  3. Make checks payable to HS Event Management
  4. Mail to: PO Box 33257, Raleigh, NC 27636
  5. Late registration will occur at the meet registration tent on Friday, September 16th 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

 

Special Note: The fees listed above for all race divisions are an entry fee and not a competition fee.  Entry fees will be calculated based on a team’s entries at the close of entries.  There are no refunds due to unforeseeable events, including but not limited to travel issues, inclement weather or any other event/issue out of the control of meet management.

High School

  • $125 per boys team – unlimited entries
  • $125 per girls team – unlimited entries
  • $25 per individual for the high school races

Important:

  1. No unattached entries in the highs school races.  All competitors must be associated with a high school and racing in the school uniform.  This is NFHS sanctioned event and a final list of registered schools will be submitted at the close of entries to the NFHS.  While meet management does it’s best to review teams entered for sanctioning conflicts, it is the responsibility of each coach/team to review the list of entries for any potential issues regarding competing against non-eligible teams.
