2025 Meet Entry Information
College
- Entries will be done online through the Direct Athletics meet registration system HERE for all schools. Meet entry will open in early August.
- There will be no limit on the number of entries per team. However, only the first seven finishers from each school will be included in the team scoring.
- Unattached and club entries will be permitted with permission of meet management. Please email the meet at thexcchallenge@gmail.com to request entry into the meet.
- Entries will close at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10th.
Entry Fees
- $425 per men’s team (any group scored as a team, 5 or more runners) – unlimited entries
- $425 per women’s team (any group scored as a team, 5 or more runners) – unlimited entries
- $50 per individual – unattached
Payment Instructions
- Entry Fees must be received by Friday, September 12th.

High School
- Entries will be done online through the MileSplit meet registration system HERE. Meet entry will open on May 5th. Meet management reserves the right to close entries early if the size of the meet necessitates, so please register in a timely manner.
- Only TEN entries per team will be allowed in the Championship OR Invitational OR Challenge divisions (see next item below).
- Meet management will seed the races accordingly between the Championship, Invitational, and Challenge divisions in an effort to create the best possible racing experience for all competitors involved. Coaches may request a particular division via email but this request does not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
- Teams can can enter up to 20 athletes in the JV races. JV race assignments will be handled by meet management. As with the varsity races, coaches may request placement into a particular JV division, but this request is not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
- No unattached athletes are permitted in the high school races. This is a NFHS sanctioned event and a final list of registered schools will be submitted at the close of entries to the NFHS. While meet management does it’s best to review teams entered for sanctioning conflicts, it is the responsibility of each coach/team to review the list of entries for any potential issues regarding competing against non-eligible teams.

- $190 per boys team (any group scored as a team, 5 or more runners) – max 30 entries – 10 Varsity, 20 JV
- $190 per girls team (any group scored as a team, 5 or more runners) – max 30 entries – 10 Varsity, 20 JV

Youth
- Entries will be done online through the MileSplit meet registration system HERE. Entries are now open.
- All runners must be running unattached or for a club. No high school athletes are permitted to participate in this race.
- Entries will close at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10th.
- Late registration will occur at the meet registration tent on Friday, September 19th 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and on Saturday morning until 11:00 am.
